Directions
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees. Lightly butter muffin tin (However many you want to make). With a rolling pin, flatten slices of bread (Each one calls for one piece of bread so however many you want). Then, with a cookie cutter or top of a cup that is around 4.5" circular wide cut the bread to make circles. Then cut the round circles of bread in half with a knife. Press the two halves into one muffin cup, overlapping each other so there are no cracks. You can use the extra bread that is left over to fill in some of the cracks if you need to. Make sure the bread makes a good muffin wrap for the filling. Brush the bread with the remaining butter. Cook bacon in skillet but do not cook all the way, as the bacon will cook more when it goes into the oven. Try to only flip it once or twice. Once bacon is finished cooking, lay one piece of bacon into the bread and crack an egg on top of it all. Make sure it all fits into the muffin tin. Depending on the size of your muffin tin you may need to leave out some of the egg whites. Season it with salt and pepper. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until egg whites are set. Enjoy :)
