Ingredients
-Filo
-Salad Oil
-Eggs
-1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
-1/2 Teaspoon Milk
-3 Tablespoons Melted Butter
-1/4 Cup Feta
-1 LB of Cottage Cheese
-2 Packages Frozen Spinach, Thawed & Chopped
-1/2 Cup Fresh Celery Leaves, Chopped
-1 Tablespoon Dry Mint Leaves
-1 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
Directions
On a greased baking pan that is closest in size to the filo, lay ten sheets of filo. You can also lay two sheets of filo horizontally on a 13 x 9" pan, and then cut whatever is hanging over later. Brush with salad oil (if you do not have salad oil, you can substitute olive oil) between every sheet of filo. In large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, celery, mint, onion, cottage cheese, feta, butter, and pepper. Mix very well. Cover the filo with the mixture you just made. Then cover that with ten more sheets of filo, again brushing on salad oil between every sheet. Mark tops with cuts into serving pieces. Sprinkle with the two tablespoons of milk. Bake at 365 degrees for fifteen minutes. Reduce heat to 350 until done, which is usually about forty-five minutes more. Enjoy :)
