                             The Ohio State Buckeyes

                                                                                 Ingredients
                                                                            -5 1/4  Cups Powdered Sugar
                                                                               -2 Cups Peanut Butter
                                                                                       -2 Sticks Butter
-2 (12 Ounce) Bags of Chocolate Chips
                                                                                    -1/2 Stick Parfait Wax

                                                                                       Directions
Buckeyes are the Ohio tradition! Combine the powdered sugar, peanut butter, and sticks of butter and knead. Knead until well mixed. Shape into 1" balls and then refrigerate to harden. Meanwhile, in the double boiler (which is just a pot set inside a boiling pot of water) melt the wax first. Once melted add the chocolate. When completely melted dip the balls (toothpicks work best) into the chocolate leaving a little bit of the ball uncovered to make it look like the buckeye nuts. Place buckeyes on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper. Place in refrigerator or freezer for 8-10 minutes for chocolate to set. Store in the fridge when not eating. Enjoy :)
