Ingredients
-Salt
-Pepper
-3 Eggs
-3 Lemons
-1 Teaspoon Mint
-12 Ounce Can Tomato Paste
- 3/4 Cup Raw Rice
-1 LB Meat Ground Chuck
-Small Yellow Onion
Directions
Mix together in large bowl onion, meat, mint, salt, pepper, and raw rice. Shape into meatballs. In a different medium stove-pot put tomato paste, 1/2 pot of water, and salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, put meatballs all in the pot. Cook until meat and rice are done. Cut one open to check and see if done. In a separate bowl, mix together three lemons, 3 eggs, and 1/2 cup of water. Mix with beaters/whisk/fork. Slowly pour some broth into the pot until enough mixed so that the egg mixes well. Pour it slowly all together with the meatballs. Enjoy :)
